Monika Bacardi is engaged in many charities and non-profit organisations, due to her willingness to help people. A deep love for philanthropy and art resulted in her choice to study arts and literature in her birth country, Italy. She co-founded the AMBI group in 2013, owing to her love of cinema. The AMBI group is a cinematographic business headquartered in Europe. Monika Bacardi's involvement in the arts world was enhanced when she became co-owner of 'PHOTO' Magazine in the year 2014.

"The Seventh Art" (Cinema) is one of her loves. This, along with wanting to encourage young filmmakers, is one of the justifications for her having formed AMBI Pictures. In order to establish partnerships with regards to the arts in Monaco, Monika Bacardi participates in the Monaco Project for the Arts, an organisation that supports the University of Plastic Arts. Monika Bacardi takes pleasure in the varied works of many artists and photographers, which accounts for her passion for photography and modern art.

Mission Enfance, which provides learning support to needy children, is a charitable organisation in which Monika Bacardi ardently believes.
