The personal information we process is provided to us directly by you. We collect the information through our website and subscriber forms, or if people contact us directly.

We use the contact details to arrange coaching sessions or send out information, updates and marketing material. We do not share this information with anyone unless legally obliged.
How we store the information
The information is kept online electronically and will be deleted 7 years after the last coaching session.
